Fave Training or Racing tip: Remember to eat on long rides/ runs....being stuck in the middle of no-where not knowing who you are is a bad time!!! ohh and keep it consistent!! What you tell yourself when it hurts: I have a weird little rhyme ....I say "I feel good, I feel strong" over and over and over again.. plus I try and think of other things like technique or I sing a song internally...
