Fave race: ohhh....that's a tough one...I'm from Wisconsin, so, IM Wisconsin is in my blood...but, I've won IM Florida twice and it's like being home there...and then of course Hawaii is amazing and Quelle Challenge Roth is fantastic...but, I have to go with home and say, "Wisco Disco!!"
Fave Training or Racing tip: Coke and Donuts about half way thru the bike is an Awesome "pick me up" in your special needs bag on the bike! Coke is like crack! LOVE IT!!!
What you tell yourself when it hurts: "Suck it up cupcake!" - (old Army mantra we used to hear all the time when the whining started!)...also... "Moment"...just know that the pain will only be there a moment and soon it'll turn the corner and you'll be on to another emotion/sensation!
