FSA TIPS: Riding on dirt roads
•    Scan the road ahead for obstacles, but don’t dwell on them. Seek the path of least resistance and be mindful of your fellow riders or motorists.
•    Lower your tire pressure: this allows your tires to deform slightly, giving you additional contact with the ground without slowing you down. 
•    On bumpy terrain, position your feet in the 9 o’clock and 3 o’clock positions to create a flat “platform” and slightly lift your bottom off your saddle. This will allow you to use your arms and legs as suspension so you can focus on scanning the road ahead.
